Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift & Schedule: Shifts are negotiable but will be 12 hours. Could be rotating, straight, etc.

Call not required but may be asked on occasion if they would take call.

Orientation: 3 shifts of orientation with ICU RN on the floor. No classroom orientation.

Required Skill / Experience: Proficient treating ICU and Tele patients

Proficient treating ventilated patients, post cardiac cath lab, IABP, sepsis, COPD, post op, trauma

Proficient with Tele, ability read EKG

Unit Details: 11 Beds

Patient Population: All Ages

Patient Types: ICU and Tele patients; occasional peds patients such as RSV, DKA

Equipment Utilized in the Unit: Vent, Bipap, Swan, Phillips monitors, IV pumps, Transvenous pacers, etc
