ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they'll be reporting to.
No block scheduling.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months.
Orientation: 12 Hours - 2 shifts on the floor
Shift & Schedule: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week period (days - Sat, Sun, nights - Fri, Sat)
One major and minor holiday
Floating: Float to MedSurg Tele C5 and B2D
Required Skill / Experience: Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start - with max 2 attempts
There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions.)
Must be able to read strips
Unit Details: Beds: 29 beds
Types of Patients: General MedSurg patients that require tele. Amio, Cardizem to titrate down only.
Equipment Used on Unit: Tele: GE Monitors. Central monitoring station tech to read
