Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Can be placed on-call. Every Other Weekend.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years experience in a pediatric hospital, some Level III or IV NICU experience required. Position requires SOME NICU exp. Pass for NICU rating of 3 or 4, please screen for limited NICU.

Required Credentials: Current government issued photo ID is required within 24-48 hours of signing contract.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Neonatal to adult patients with congenital or acquired hear disease, heart failure, heart transplants, lung transplants, VAD/ECMO, trach-went dependency, pre-op and post-op care. Required: V60, HFOV 3100 A/B, SiPAP, Ikaria Nitric Oxide, IPV/Metaneb.

Equipment Used on Unit: Ventilator equipment requirement - Servo-U. Preferred Trilogy 202. Trilogy EV300. Optiflow, NAVA (on Servo-U), IPV, Subambient/Nitrogen, Hamilton G5

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have worked perm for Nationwide for at least 2 years

Floating Requirements: This role floats between CORE team and the PICU unit. CORE will be it's homebase. General Floors, ED, NICU, PICU, Pulmonary
