Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

PALS (Required)

Vaccinations

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in Home Ventilators needed

Preferred Skills/Experience: 3 years experience preferred

Unit/Facility Details: The PSCU cares for the majority of surgical service lines but this unit will also see medicine overflow

Special Requests: No block scheduling allowed.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend every other holiday

Floating Requirements: Floats to other Children's units and may be a sitter with patients (1/1)
