Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience.
Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Types of Patients on Unit: 70% pediatric population, Sepsis, Behavioral health, ETOH, underserved patients
Unit/Facility Details:
beds/trauma bays: ER has total of 14 beds, use 3 of those beds as fast track, 2 of them for internal holding (patients that have an IV lock that can't wait in the lobby), 2 trauma/code bays
Orientation Hours: 12 Hours
Orientation: 3 shifts on floor
Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holidays: Yes- 1 Major/I minor
