Additional Details:

Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.

Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

Cath Tech - Cardiac & Vascular Specialist - Required

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation.

Required:

Graduate of AMA Approved School in Radiography

Associate's Degree in Radiography - Preferred

Certification: RCIS (CCI) or CI (ARRT)

IEMA Certified or willing to Obtain

Provide technical assistance for selected diagnostic and interventional invasive procedures.

Use of hemodynamic and ECG monitoring, including interpretation of data.

Scrub assist for all diagnostic and interventional procedures, to include preparation and manipulation of catheters, guide-wires and other devices.

Specialized Training of one year - Preferred

Exposure to blood borne pathogens and contagious diseases constantly. Must use PPE constantly.
