Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

Additional Details:

Special Requests: No Travel teams / pairs. Must be able to start within 5 weeks to apply. Will consider weekend block only; Fri, Sat, Sun or Sat, Sun Mon.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in floating to a variety of ICUs highly desired.

Types of Patients on Unit: Must be comfortable and competent to care for ICU patients in the following environments: neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU. progressive critical care unit (PCCU), and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement.
