Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

12 months of experience with Epic is required from last 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Rhode Island license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

NRP (Preferred)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Days: Monday - Friday,

No on call

Weeks 1 and 2 may see variances for orientation to facility and the program.

Required - EPIC direct use experience of at least 1-year, EPIC direct user in the past 3 years.

Social Worker background with UR (Utilization Review) Superusers with clinical backgrounds (i. e RNs), are required to have a current RI or multistate RN license.

Floating flexibiity as needed. All are onsite.
