Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Preferred)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have exp in VASCULAR & ENDOVASCULAR exp, Must be proficient in main OR surgeries
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience, Community Hospital Experience
Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID
Special Requests: no holidays RTO
Shift & Scheduling:
- call 1-2 shifts/wk, including nights & wknds
