Requirements

Experience

24 months of acute care experience.

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks

Required Skills/Experience: RNs must have 2+ yrs inpatient acute care experience in a larger hospital

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer 3 completed assignments.

Required Credentials: North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement | Prior to Start Date.

Preferred Credentials: Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) | American Association of Critical-Care Nurses

Shift & Scheduling: On Call: No. Weekends and holidays per unit rotation.

Floating Requirements: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
