Scheduling special requirements: 8-10 hour shifts.
Floating policy: Floating to needed coverage area.
Patient Experience requirements: face to face interaction with patients/family.
Level 1 trauma, Children’s Hospital, Stroke Center.
Years of Experience Required: 1 year acute care Case Management.
Requested Skill Set: Interqual proficiency, Care Coordination, acute care case management experience.
Must have: RN previous Acute care Case Management experience.
