Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

PT Acute Care Hospital.

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience in acute care required.

**Preferred Skills/Experience:**Rehabilitation hospital work setting experience preferred.

Unit Details: This position is primarily outpatient PT but may have to help out/cover acute care and inpatient rehab on occasion.

Shift & Scheduling: M-F (can be flexible: 5-8s 8-430, with one late day 9-530, 4-10s 7-530, 4 9s (8-530) and a half day (8-12). On call rotation every 7 weeks for coverage when needed. Holidays are rotated, one holiday a year

Types of Patients on Unit: Adults, Geriatrics.
