Required skills and experience: (RN) should have both foundational knowledge and practical skills related to cardiac monitoring as they will need to meet the scoring requirements for the EKG/Dysrhythmia competency that will be assigned during the compliance process if offered. 2 Years must have neuro, ortho & robotics & Liver transplant. Required credentials: In addition to a valid driver’s license, you MUST include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name & match the address on your driver’s license (and issued within the last 3 months). Any document other than those listed below will NOT be accepted: Cell Phone Bill. Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, or Wi-Fi. Mortgage Statement or Lease Agreement. Current and valid DL or State issued ID required & Utility bill in the Traveler's name with matching address within the last three months of the projected start date. EKG/Dysrhythmia competency testing will be required during compliance if offered. Absolutely no license hits. Government issued photo ID. Drivers License/State ID.

Shift & schedule requirements: On call one night/week 7p-7a. Cannot guarantee that call days will coincide with scheduled work days. All caregivers are required to take at least one Friday call shift. On call for holidays, either 11a-11p or 11p-11a.

Floating requirements: Floating Req to Sister Facilities. All candidates must be willing to float to other areas – even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles.
