Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles. Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: All- neonates to geriatrics

𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: EKGs, bedside bronchs, and bedside spirometry / : Vents: Drager, Servo I, Carefusion (Heliox and Nicu use only); Bipaps: Vision, V60, V30, Respironics S/T; High flow: Airvo2

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Team scheduling

  • Weekend Requirements: Days: every third, Nights: every other
  • Holiday Requirements: Rotate with perm staff

𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: To different area throughout the hospital in the RT capacity
