Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
Floating Requirements: May be required to float across all campuses; (Rock Island, Bettendorf, Moline, Muscatine). The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline.
