Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

BSN completion required

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Must be separated for a minimum of 6 months in order to be considered (perm, per diem, contract)

Required Skills/Experience Must have recent cath lab experience

Must be proficient with diagnostic caths, interventions, Rotablator, IVUS, FFR, and hemodynamics

IABP and Impella experience required

Preferred Skills/Experience: Ideally 3-5 years minimum (Cath lab experience)

ECMO experience preferred

Experience in all Cath Lab and/or EP roles highly preferred (sedation, monitor, circulator, and scrub roles)

Previous foundational ICU or ED experience preferred

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation (as needed)

Weekend and weekday on-call required
