Skills: Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Tracheostomy care/management, Feeding tube care and management, Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, PCA, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Isolation Precautions, IV insulin protocols, MS/Tele, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Telemetry, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Surgical drains.

Preferred Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Titration of Insulin drips, Monitoring Chemotherapy, Ortho trauma, Total joint replacement, Pre/Post neurosurgery, Skin grafts.

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
• Government issued photo ID.

Shift & Scheduling: 13-16 week contract

Floating Requirements: Float to various Oncology Medical-Surgical (MS) units as needed. Float to other PCU uniits

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
