Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Ambulatory Clinic (LPN) experience.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Experience in ambulatory clinic operations and/or surgical procedures, and familiarity with the Epic EHR system
Previous experience with suture/staple removal and rooming patients in an ambulatory setting
Skills: Simple dressing changes, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Wound drains/JP/Hemovac, Vital Sign monitoring.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Simple sterile procedures.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
