Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 36 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

5 years or more ICU experience in a level 1 Trauma facility

Required Credentials: RNs will be required to take a pass/fail Tele exam during orientation. Passing score is an 80%.

Preferred Credentials: TCAR

Unit/Facility Details: Proof of Identification: Driver's License / State ID

Special Requests: Any call outs must be made up at the end of the assignment.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Holiday Requirement: Every Other Holiday

Floating Requirements: Will float to all ICUs

This is a float pool position which works on surgical, cardiac, trauma, medical, and neuro ICU's. The traveler must be able to work in any unit assigned.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
