Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Hospice experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Additional Details:
Schedule Notes: Monday to Friday; 3 weekend days/month (1 full weekend & on additional day) 1 summer & 1 winter holiday
On-Call Required?: Yes
Skills: Must have 2-3 years as RN in home hospice environment
Job Qualifications/Experience: Experience using an EMR, excellent critical thinking and communication skills
