Required:
L&D, SCN, NICU, Nursery Experience
Rotating weekends and holidays
Patient Ratio: 2 nurses per 6 babies, no VENTS, only feeders and growers
Pass/Fail ECG/Tele Test and Medications Test during onboarding. - One attempt only topass.
Dysrhythmia (20 questions) and Medication (20 questions) tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting prior to assignment
85% is the passing score, there is no opportunity for remediation or re-sit
Required to demonstrate competent care of the patient in labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn advanced fetal monitoring, breastfeeding education, neonatal resuscitation certification, advanced life support certification, and the OR scrub and circulating roles
Mother/Baby experience
Evidence of recent EFM continuing education, or within 3 months of hire
Preferred:
OR Circulating & Scrub experience
Experience working in continuing care/special care nursery/NICU environment
Orientation is biweekly

All RTO requests must be presented at the time of submission.
Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as travel perm, travel or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted.
Must be separated from facility for six months to be considered
Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any “on-call” time worked
