D/N Rotations only.
24 beds of Hematology/Oncology/Gyn Oncology and med surg. 9 beds of Hematology and Cellular Therapy. Administer Chemotherapy, manage side effects, patients receiving radiation therapy and radioisotopes. Most common dx include lymphoma, leukemia and ovarian cancers.
Preferred Experience:
Chest tubes Tubes Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone
Lines/Tubes/drains for post-surgical patients
Trachs/Laryngectomies Telemetry Complex wounds
Central Lines – care and maintenance and blood draws
