Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Hematology/Oncology Unit experience.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

Patient Diagnoses: Malignant hematology clinic seeing lymphoid and myeloid malignancies (leukemia, MDS, MPN, B and T cell lymphomas

Special Procedures: 12 rooms clinic with a team of 6 practice nurses (clinic nurses). Triaging phone calls, patient messages, support clinic, administrative support. Duties will include: insurance clearance, medication refills, FMLA, Pre- Auth
