Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion required

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Additional Details:

SHIFT: Two 12-hr shifts (19-0730) and TWO 6-hr (00-0600) per week

Will flex to Santa Monica UCLA Perinatal unit as needed

Weekend REQ: 4 weekend shifts (Friday night and Saturday night) required every 4-week scheduling period. Plus working 1 major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years).

Experience in an academic setting is also preferred. Job requires caring for patients throughout their childbirth experience (antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum/couplet care) including circulating NSVDs and C-Sections.
