Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Long Term Care experience.

Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Hawaii license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Start Date: Start dates are not flexible

Orientation: Travelers should have a strong foundation in Epic and demonstrate proficiency by testing out of Epic training during facility orientation.

First day of work/orientation will be on Saturday 9/29

Shift & Schedule: Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights 2300 – 0730. including weekends, holidays, OT rotation may be required

Holiday Coverage: Yes

Procedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit: Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notifications to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting and discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care and other assigned duties
