Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

RN - Circulator - Trauma OR - Required

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Call Required

Rotating weekends and holidays

Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation

Please note if candidate ever worked perm or per diem with Regional One Health or applied to do so

Required:

Experience in Ortho

Neuro and Vascular experience - Preferred

Experience with trauma - Highly Preferred

2+ years in OR with trauma experience, if no trauma experience 5+ years OR experience.

Shifts are not in a block schedule

Float: Ability to float between all ORs in PeriOperative services, Outpatient Surgery Center, Burn OR and occasionally Trauma OR.

Dress Code: Change into hospital scrubs on arrival, change out of scrubs on exit.

This position requires an experienced RN, minimal orientation needed.
