Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Free parking

Shift & Scheduling:

The shift hours are variable. May start as early as 5 a.m. and end as late as 1030 p.m. Shifts are five days a week, eight hours a day. Call hours Monday through Friday are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Saturday and Sunday shift is from 6:30 AM to 3 PM and the call on Saturday and Sunday is a 24-hour call from 7 AM to 7 PM. All call is split within the department as fairly as possible. -Variable, 0500-1330, 0630-1500, 0700-1530, 1000-1830, 1100-1930, 1400-2230 -ON CALL REQ: YES
