Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Ability to recover an immediate post-op CABG

Swan/PA catheter experience required

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2+ years preferred) CVICU experience

ECMO, IABP, Impella experience preferred

6 months RN experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit (preferred)

Required Credentials: MUST pass EKG Exam at Orientation (Study Guide Available in Simplify Library)

Preferred Credentials: RN-BC Registered Nurse - Board Certified (preferred)

Critical Care Course (preferred)

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Population: Cardiac bypass, cardiac surgery, adult patients (CABG's, TAVR's, VAD's, Pacemaker's, AICD's, etc.)

Equipment Used on Unit: Alaris pumps, hoyer lift, vents, sara stedy, PCA, glucostabalizer, bedside cardiac monitor

Unit/Facility Details: 8-Bed CVICU

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend/major holiday required
