Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

22 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Inpatient Rehab

Monday - Friday, includes a weekend rotation.

Block Schedules: No

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Daily Census: 8-10

Former perm staff must be gone 1 year before can return as traveler.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

All BSA contracts are 48 hours per week, although not guaranteed.
In the first 8 weeks there cannot be more than 3 days of RTO requested. After those 8 weeks they are flexible.
No travel pairs will be considered.
All travelers must be prepared to care for COVID patients if assigned.

Drivers License required. Can be a state issued identification card, but it must include the permanent address on the document (even if not used for the I9)
