Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Preferred 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license

Additional Details:

All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

No Block Scheduling.

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Floating Requirements: Between Med Surg floors and could also float to secondary campus.

Unit Details: ICU Float Pool nurse for Level 1 Trauma, Chest Pain Center, and Comprehensive Stroke Center.

Required Credentials: CPI/MOAB, Must pass EKG exam, Driver's License/State ID
