Candidates who have 2+ years of experience, 3 days or less RTO and who can start on date posted in the position can be auto-offered.
Orientation Dates: 7/30
Shift: 6:45p - 7:08a
Patient care modality: General med surg, weakness, COPD, respiratory failure
Patient Population: 21+
Required:
Minimum 18 months of acute care experience
Strongly prefer 400+bed or level 2 trauma experience
All RNs will be required to take and pass a “pre assignment Basic and Advanced Dysrhythmia (rhythm Strip) test. Passing score is 80%.
Patient Ratio: 1/6-7 (1/8-9 if LPN present)
All travelers are required to float to units within their competencies.
No on call.
Weekend and holiday requirements
Hcp will be scheduled based upon need
No block scheduling
No self-scheduling
RTO requests must be noted on submission.
Must not have worked perm/per diem at NMMC in the last 12 months.
Orientations: Tupelo - RN/LPN Every Wednesday
Dress Code: Scrub color provided in UD.
NMMC needs complete availability and flexibility with scheduling. This is non-negotiable.
HCP is expected to maintain their contracted position at NMMC as the primary commitment above any other type of work.
1st week does not have guaranteed hours.
