Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of MDS Coordinator experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Michigan license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Experience with MDS completion preferred.
1 year experience in LTC MDS - Required.
Must have successful work history showing stayed at previous work longer then 13 weeks.
