Requirements
Experience
12 months of acute care experience within the past 2 years.
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the past 24 months.
12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years’ hospital experience; must be able to read & interpret telemetry strips
Preferred Skills/Experience: Inpatient hospital experience

Floating Requirements:
• Float Pool position, will float every shift
• We float staff to all Medical, Surgical, and Cardiology units within MMC.
