• Ankle sprains, Cervicalgia, Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD), Degenerative Joint Disease (DJD), Extremity Mobilization, Frozen shoulder, Gait training, Hip fractures/injuries, Knee injuries/tendinopathy, LE Amputations, Low back pain, Osteoarthritis, Post op cervical surgery, Post op shoulder repair, Post op spinal surgery, Sciatica, Spinal Conditions, Spinal mobilization, AROM/AAROM/PROM, Assistive Devices, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Skin integrity, Vital Sign monitoring, Discharge, Long Term Goals, Reassessments, Short Term Goals, Time Management, Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare B, Private Pay, Worker’s Compensation, Geriatrics, Neurology, Orthopedics, Sport Medicine, Home Exercise Program, Medications, Signs & Symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse, Outpatient Clinic.

Required Credentials:

• Allied clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints.
• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Shift & Scheduling: Hours: 4x10s 800-1830 or 5x8 Days 800-1630. Weekend not required unless desired.

Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by.
