Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Weekend/Call Requirements: 24 hours of weekend call in a 6 week schedule

Holiday/Call Requirements: as needed during contract

Shift Notes: Mixed 8 and 12 hour shifts - 0730-4, 8-430, 830-5, 830-9pm 10-630pm on call 630 to 9pm

Floating Requirements: Travel staff are first to float - will float to inpatient units as helping hands or be a sitter, phase 2 comfort

Nurse-Patient Ratios: 1/2 unless Pediatric or higher acuity then 1/1

Common Cases: Mixed (Pediatric patients daily). Mixed (Pediatric patients daily) some patients have disabilities- and should be sensitive in care given to those patients, All OR cases with exception of transplant

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Prefer 3 or more years of experience, Must be able to recover pediatric patients, Must be willing to second phase patients out of OR

Scrub Color/Dress Code Scrubs to be provide

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
