Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

6 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required from last 6 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Proof of Identification

Driver's license required

This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.

Patient Ratios – 5-6:1 tech ratios 10-15:1

Must have: SNF only background

Preferred or nice to have: Med Surgical or Telemetry nurses

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Med pass and basic med surgical nursing

Dress Code: Scrub Color - navy

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply
