Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: Every other Weekend Commitment (Friday/Saturday nights)

Float Requirements: Floating required to other in patient areas when home unit is low census

Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU experience, comprehensive assessment skills, Care of septic patient, Care of mechanically ventilated patient with hemodynamic monitoring devices

Preferred Skillset/Experience: CRRT

Type of Patients on Unit: Sepsis, Respiratory Failure, Substance Abuse Disorders, Endocrine Disorders, Psych Disorders
