Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.

9 months of Obstetrics and Gynecology experience is required from the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

No Block Scheduling requests. Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

OB/Gyn Emergency Room

Scheduling requirements: 3 weekend shifts, 1 call shift for RNS, 2 call shifts for techs, 3 12 hour shifts

Floating policy: Travelers float first

Patient Experience requirements: Shared decision making

Requested Skill Set: Labor and Delivery Experience

Must have: 2 years L&D experience

Advanced skills needed: RNs—Care of the laboring patient, care of the newborn immediately after delivery, circulate and recover c/s patients

Must have AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced) or CEFM
