Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Electrophysiology experience is required from last 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

No travel pairs or trios.

No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)

No background hits.

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).

30 hours guaranteed

Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility

On Call Requirements: On call schedule to be determined by facility

24 months minimum of current Cardiac Cath Lab experience - required

Must be proficient in EP lab and self sufficient with ablations, ICD, and Pacemakers - Required

Ability to chart and circulate all types of EP cases - Required
