Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion required

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Additional Details:

Float Requirement: Flexing to UCLA Santa Monica Hospital

Perinatal unit is required as needed.

Weekend REQ: Four weekend shifts (Fri night and/or Sat night) every 4 week schedule.

Years of experience REQ: 3+ years of L&D experience in a high-risk facility

Experience in an academic setting is also preferred. Job requires caring for patients throughout their childbirth experience (antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum/couplet care) including circulating NSVDs and C-Sections.

Four weekend shifts (Fri night and/or Sat night) every 4 week schedule.
