Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

  • PICU/NICU exp -Required Skills: Work Settings, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatrics, Airway Management Devices/Suctioning, Extubation, Intubation Assist, Nasal airway placement, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oral/nasal Suctioning, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy care/management, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Nebulizer, Hand held, Heated, Trach collar, Oxygen therapy, Bag and mask, ET Tube, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Oxygen tanks, Trach collar, Ventilator Management, BiPAP, CPAP, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation, Neonatal/Pediatrics - Equipment/procedures, Bubble CPAP, CPAP/Nasal CPAP/BIPAP

Preferred Skills/Experience: : NICU

Required Credentials: -Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. -You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Floating Requirements: -Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility.
