Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

ASN or BSN accepted at all other facilities in the health system.

Must include license, skills checklist, 2 references - one from a Supervisor/Manager/Charge RN within the last year in order to submit.

Include vaccination status with submittal

Northwestern Medicine AND any of its acquired facilities MUST be included on employment history!

Candidate must have BSN for Northwestern Memorial Hospital. ASN or BSN accepted at all other facilities in the health system.
