Travel Allied (Physical Therapist) - Physical Therapy

Additional Details:

All therapy/rehab traveler start dates will be booked 6 weeks out to provide time to process Marshfield credentialing and onboarding requirements. All travelers will be granted temporary privileges through the Marshfield credentialing team. Marshfield's HR will reach out to the traveler directly alongside our Vaya compliance team throughout the onboarding process to collect these requirements.

Placements will be required to submit the following requirements within 1 week of signing - These documents are required for the credentialing application and failure to complete these timely could result in a pushed start date - DOB, SSN, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, & minimum of 3 references 2 peers and 1 department chair (need name and email address)

Monday - Friday

NO weekend, call or float requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Preferred: CertDN, TDN

If multiple holidays occur during assignment, facility will only accept 1 holiday RTO request

Labs and DS appt must be completed within 48 hours of signing - Completion must be emailed to Vaya compliance team within 48 hrs

If candidates are not able to complete labs and DS within 48 hours of signing it may lead to a cancellation. Candidates should be aware that they will need to adjust their schedule accordingly to go in for labs within the timeframe required. Candidates are expected to plan ahead to avoid vacation/work schedule interference.

You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
