Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 36 months of Wound / Ostomy Care experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
License
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Unit/Facility Details: Labs: Travelers must go into labs within 48-72 hours from accepting offer. References are an Aya requirement, not a facility requirement, and will not prevent the candidate from being cleared to start.

Shift & Scheduling: Every Other weekend. Weekend Coverage: Every Other Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: 0700-1730 with some weekend coverage
