Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

12 months of Case Management experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a California license

Minimum Experience: 1 - 3 years of directly related RN experience

Must have inpatient CM experience

Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred

Community Hospital Experience: Required

LTAC Experience: Preferred

Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred

Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred

Patient Ratios: Weekends: 1:40

Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend

Float Required: Units and to sister hospital, Palomar Health, Poway

Orientation Hours: 32

Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Infants, Adults, Geriatrics

Valid Driver's License: Proof of Current, Permanent Address
