Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 36 months of Long Term Care experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years current experience (must be within the last 6 moths), IV certified (must be willing to obtain during onboarding if not certified)

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends days (7-3) and evenings (3-11) and varied during the week dependent on need, No call

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float where experienced
