Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
Experience with Netsmart Technologies is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license

Vaccinations

Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Unit and facility details: May have to do infusions for peds, if the visit is related to pediatric condition they will be sent to ER for evaluation, most/if not all of pt population is not peds.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend - when they work the weekend they can have a day off the week before and after if wanted.
- Holidays: they will work into holiday rotation.
- They may have to take call, call is usually required 2-4x per month for the weekdays, schedule is 5pm-8am.
