Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Every third weekend
Float Requirements: As appropriate to experience
Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult, Geriatric
Must Have Skills/Experience: NG tube placement and management, Foley placement and management, chest tube maintenance,
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: small bowl obstructions, diabetic complications, wound care, acute kidney injury, pneumonia, sepsis,
Required Education: Graduate of accredited nursing school. Associates degree or higher.
Scrub Color: Any solid color
Any unacceptable attire: Florescence, scrubs required
