Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience.
BSN completion preferred
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience with telemetry, NIH Stroke Scale, and post-op surgical procedures is recommended. Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment. -Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Required Credentials: Associate’s degree in nursing. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent
