Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Case Management experience is required from last 3 months.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a District of Columbia license

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.

On call/Weekend Requirement: no on call requirement; weekends included in rotation (every 5th or 6th weekend); holiday coverage as needed

Discharge planning to include: admission criteria review, benefits eligibility, care coordination, conducting needs assessments and order DME; experience with home health, hospice placement, LTAC, nursing home placement, rehab placement, Acute hospital experience; prior charge experience preferred

Regulatory Skills required: CMS, HIPPA, JCC; workers compensation preferred.

Scrubs: Uniform is business casual, no scrubs – professional appearance

RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. Amount of RTO: Please, no more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract - highly preferred. No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment.
